He is recognized for delivering strategic business transformation by improving manufacturing efficiency, product quality, profitability, and sustainable growth.

His expertise spans New Product Development (NPD), Manufacturing Excellence, FSSC 22000, FSMS, QMS, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, COPQ Reduction, Process Optimization, and Operational Excellence. He has successfully led Greenfield and Brownfield projects, manufacturing expansions, productivity improvement initiatives, and commercial product launches across diverse food categories.

As a Senior Consultant with Bureau Veritas and an Approved Food Safety Assessor with CII, Dinesh advises organizations on food safety, regulatory compliance, EHS, governance, risk management, and continuous improvement, helping them achieve world-class manufacturing standards.

His leadership career includes key roles with Kodak India, Cadbury India (now Mondelēz International), and Priya gold, where he drove manufacturing excellence, innovation, quality transformation, and large-scale operational growth.

A University Topper in Applied Chemistry, Dinesh also holds an MBA, is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, SAP proficient, and a Certified Independent Director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Government of India.
